It is important that you communicate properly as soon as you have a problem with your web hosting provider. You must open a support ticket for your hosting provider to get your problem resolved as soon as possible. To find you in a billing system, include your full name. To figure out which server you are on, enter your domain name and server username. You may need to include additional information for authorization purposes. Include as much detail on your problem as possible. The technician will need all of this to resolve the problem.
